Seam allowances are typically 1cm (or ⅜”). However, to help you get the best finish on your project, they may sometimes differ (e.g. for necklines and hems).
The seam allowance for each side of each pattern piece is written in the instructions. Just check the numbers around each pattern piece on page 3 of the instruction file. For example here you can see there are seam allowances of 0 and 1cm ( ⅜”).
