Which Fibre Mood pattern is your all-time favourite?
That's a tough question, it's kind of like choosing your favorite child 😅! I think I'll go with the Leiko blouse: I sewed it in 2024, and I still love wearing it just as much; I love its loose fit and the uniqueness of its cut.
What do you like about it?
I love raglan sleeves for their comfort, the gathered neckline detail that creates a beautiful drape paired with the understated neckline slit, the extra-wide cuffs that elegantly define the sleeve, and finally the wide tie that accentuates the waist and adds a unique touch to the back with its oversized bow.
Do you have a tip for your fellow sewistas?
Choose a lightweight fabric with some structure (poplin, chambray) and avoid flowing fabrics, which will yield somewhat disappointing results and fail to highlight the garment’s silhouette. A solid-colored fabric will better highlight the waistband’s cut details, unless you choose a striped fabric!

Leiko Blouse
Leiko is bound to become your all time favourite. With its gathers at the shoulders and neckline in the back, this V-neckline top is a real showpiece. The long raglan sleeves with gathers, cuff and slit create a sophisticated look, while the waistband with ties give it a playful twist.
