Fashion documentaries: is there really anything nicer to watch? Not in our opinion. Watching one gorgeous design created after another by the designer's magic hands, but also sympathizing with the tough deadlines and heavy workload: that’s our cup of tea. Get a unique behind the scenes look of a world you can only dream about. It’s the full package: see what life is really like in the fashion world.

This summer we’ll take you along with us and offer you a selection of the best of the best selected by Fibre Mood. We end the series with these three. We hope you enjoy the show!

Paul Smith: Gentleman Designer (2012)

Looking for inspiration? According to British designer Paul Smith you can find it everywhere. He's a fascinating man to keep your eye on, especially in a documentary where his inspiration and work merge into Paul Smith: Gentleman Designer. With over 400 shops in 35 countries, Paul Smith is uniquely adept at using his collections to entice his audience. Every garment is characterised by playful, but subtle details. Paul Smith takes you on a trip from Portobello Road, London to Japan, where the designer is enormously popular.

Coming soon: Without Compromise (2019)

There’s never a dull moment in the world of fashion documentaries. This year is no different and it’s with bated breath that we await another gem of a film. Reiner Holzemer, the same director of the DRIES documentary, is currently working on a film about Belgian designer, Martin Margiela. Margiela, who largely avoids the limelight, made a huge hit with his exhibition Margiela, The Hermes Years. The lovely documentary We Margiela, featuring the Margiela brand, which is characterised by its team's front-and-centre role, was screened for the first time in 2017. Without Compromise promises to be a first: this time around, Martin Margiela himself will be participating and also sharing his own insights.

The soundtrack will be Belgian to the core thanks to Belgian band, dEUS.

We can’t wait!
